Weissbräu German Bistro & Bar, Straits Quay, Penang, Part 02

Oh well well, we have been invited to Weissbräu German Bistro & Bar, Straits Quay again on Saturday, 9 June 2012. Wayne Yoon, a Korean, the director of Weissbräu, who has 20+ experience in food and beverage and love to travel around the world for food. The person who are very concerned on the quality of the food, for example the beef are imported from Australia and all the vegetable are came from Cameron Highland. He know well on customer’s requirement about the food taste needed and keep on improving the food to serve better!

Weissbrau is located at Straits Quay Penang which has been operated around 1 and half year. A range of Hearty meal such as Crispy Pork Knuckle, Pork Ribs and Giant Wiener Schnitzel are popular choice for dinner, served with favorite side-dishes such as Sauerkraut (Shredded Cabbage in white wine vinegar), German Potato Salad, Garlic Mashed potato or lightly pan-fried Spaetzli (homemade egg noodles).
