Ka Chang Ma Chicken, served with white rice, vegetables and slices of egg. Ka Chang Ma, also known as motherwort herb, a chinese tradition herb that widely used in hakka confinement cuisine. The soup is made of chicken stock, ginger and white rice wine. RM9.90
Ang Chow Pork. Ang Chow is a side product from red rice wine making process. This dish is stir fried pork (marinated with ang chow) with ginger and a little bit of red rice wine. RM10.90
